I want to buy an ear cuff. How can I be sure it will fit me well?

Our ear cuffs are made to an average ear size but can be easily stretched open using your fingers and a little pressure to fit your specific size. If you are suspicious that our cuff might not fit you comfortably, just toss us a quick email at info@masymetric.com and we’ll be happy to accommodate your special request.

Do you offer customization?

Yes we do! We can easily adjust any design you see on this website to best fit your needs. We can customize gold carat, stone types and colors, include engravings or make any adjustments that you'd like. Just send us your request at info@masymetric.com and we'll get in touch with you shortly. 

What happens after I place my order? 

Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email . You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped to you.

We process orders Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm excluding weekends and holidays. Depending on our stock, most orders take between 3 to 5 days to complete. This timing may vary slightly depending on the size of your order.

Once your order is completed, we will notify your via email to let your know your shipment is coming your way. Shipping times will depend on the shipping option you select during check out.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped to you yet, we will be able to cancel it and issue a full refund. If you wish to cancel your order, reach out to us as soon as possible at info@masymetric.com and we will be happy to assist you.

If you want to cancel your order after it has been shipped to you (you will receive an email notifying you that your order has shipped), you will need to wait until you receive your delivery, and return the order via our simple Free Returns service.*

*Free Returns are currently only available inside Canada.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major Credit Cards, Apple Pay and PayPal payments. If you, for a special circumstance, need another method of payment, please reach out to us at info@masymetric.com. We will be happy to accommodate you whenever possible.

What currency do you use?

We process all orders in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Orders placed outside of Canada will be converted to your home currency through your banking service provider. You can check current exchange rates through your banking service provider, or use our bank’s Foreign Exchange Currency Converter here.


Gift Wrapping

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every Masymetric order is wrapped by hand with an elegant ribbon free of charge, made ready to delight you or your loved one. If you’d like to further personalize your order with beautiful gift wrapping paper and a hand written message you can select your favorite theme and add our gift wrapping service to your order at any time.

Do you offer gift receipts?

Yes we do. Once you select to include gift wrapping with your purchase, you will be asked if you’d like us to include a Gift Receipt* or a Regular Receipt** in the package.

* Gift Receipt: A receipt which includes item names and an order number but does not disclose the price of the items purchased. A gift receipt can be used to return or exchange the gift

** Regular Receipt: A receipt with item names and an order number complete with an itemized list of prices.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Regrettably we do not offer gift certificates for purchase at the moment, but please check again soon!

Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on my order?

This depends on your local customs regulations. You will be responsible for any import duties, customs and taxes that may apply in your country. We do not have any control over any duties, customs and taxes enforced by the designated country. The cost varies according to different policies, so please contact your local customs office to get accurate information.

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, a confirmation email with a unique tracking number will be sent to you. Please allow a few hours within receiving your email, for our shipping partners to update their systems.

How exactly do I return my item?

We accept returns and offer full refunds on unworn items within 14 days of shipment.

You can start your return process by sending us an email to info@masymetric.com titled Return. Include your order confirmation number in your email.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you your pre-paid shipping label along with simple instructions on printing and mailing it back to us.

Once we receive the item, we will refund your money to the same card you used for your purchase.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are usually processed 1 to 3 business days after your returned piece arrives at our studio. Please allow 10 to 15 days for Credit Card refunds to show up in your bank account. Refunds exclude any shipping fees.

You will be notified via email once your refund is completed

What items are non-refundable?

Unfortunately we can not offer refunds or exchanges on:

  • items purchased during a sale

  • customized orders

  • damaged items

Do you offer international returns?

Yes we do, but international returns are not free of charge. Unfortunately, we have to charge regular shipping rates (deducted from your order), when processing international returns.

Please note: In order to insure a full refund please make sure your returned item is:

  • Shipped to you less than 14 days ago

  • Not worn or used

  • Not scratched or damaged in any way

  • Not customized to your specific orders

  • Not altered or sized by entities other than Masymetric or its Partners

  • Not purchased during a sale

  • Packaged adequately. Items that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be refunded or exchanged. They will be returned to the sender on the sender’s expense.

  • Returned in its complete original packaging



How should I care for my new piece?

You can help your new Masymetric piece last you a life time by following our care recommendations here.



Do you offer free repairs?

Yes we do. We are happy to restore any Masymetric piece to its old glory free of charge if the damage is due to normal extended wear.

We cannot guarantee a free repair if your piece is severely damaged or has been misused in any way.

We reserve the right to asses repair jobs on a case by case bases.

How can I get my Masymetric piece repaired?

You can drop by our store or contact us via email at any time for a repair. We will asses the damage and contact you with a quote asap. To get a quick yet accurate quote, email us a photo of your piece first and we will get back to you with a quote and a time frame promptly.
