Return & Exchange

 

We want you to be totally in love with your Masymetric piece. If you are not satisfied with your piece or fancy a different one, we understand and are proud to offer a easy and free returns/ exchange process. Just make sure you follow the following steps:


Return:

  1. Make sure your piece was shipped to you less than 14 days ago.

  2. Send us an email titled RETURN and include your order number in your email.

  3. You will receive an email from us with simple instructions on printing your FREE shipping label and mailing it back to us. Make sure to include the original packaging your piece came in, which will help protect it from shipping damage.

  4. Once we receive the item, we will refund your money to the same card you used for your purchase. You will be notified via email once your money is refunded.

To insure a full refund please make sure your returned item abides by our return and exchange rules as listed below.

Exchange:

  1. Make sure your piece was shipped to you less than 14 days ago.

  2. Send us an email titled EXCHANGE and include your order number in your email.

  3. You will receive an email from us with simple instructions on printing your FREE shipping label and mailing it back to us. Make sure to include the original packaging your piece came in, which will help protect it from shipping damage.

  4. Once we receive the item, we will refund your money to the same card you used for your purchase. We will send you an email to let you know that you can now select a new piece from our collection. Please note that we charge standard shipping on exchanged items.

In order to insure a full refund please make sure your returned item is:

  • Shipped to you less than 14 days ago

  • Not used

  • Not scratched or damaged in any way

  • Not customized to your specific orders

  • Not altered or sized by entities other than Masymetric or its Partners

  • Not purchased during a sale

  • Packaged adequately. Items that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be refunded or exchanged. They will be returned to the sender on the sender’s expense.

  • Returned in its complete original packaging

 

Regrettably we currently do not offer free exchanges for orders placed outside Canada.
